Furthermore, many of these buildings feature anomalous architecture: lower floors or basements have staircases leading entirely below street level, yet in many instances, windows or doors are only half-visible—as if the street had been hastily constructed over pre-existing structures that were already partially buried in the ground. Excavations in some of these areas have unearthed entire buried cities; however, these are not ancient ruins, for the architecture matches that of the structures visible on the surface. Beneath Paris, the remains of six million people have been discovered—a topic the French government does not discuss.
This brings us to the third anomaly: the notion of "babies born under cabbages." While the term may seem amusing at a first glance, closer investigation reveals a deeply disturbing concept. It is well-documented that between 1850 and 1930, there was a vast number of orphans—known in America as "foundlings"—who were confined to orphanages while growing up. Where did all these children come from? Nations around the world enforced strict laws against unwed mothers, subjecting them to discrimination, while simultaneously maintaining a huge number of orphanages.
These children were assigned a new identity (or rather, an identity) and a specific type of education regarding how the world worked. They were then loaded onto trains and sent to various parts of the country. These children were instructed in the “new history,” and it was they who taught the couples who took them in, not the other way around. The orphanages, therefore, were veritable “repopulation institutes” for a new world.

Back to the buildings, the most solid evidence we have of Tartaria, they posed an obstacle to the global reset, as magnificent architectural systems existed worldwide, whose details were not merely decorative but functional—serving to harness energy in the form of heat, radio waves, electricity, and field harmonization.
Such design—perfect in its proportions and with an extensive use of Sacred Geometry, and both aesthetically and technologically advanced—could not be accommodated within the new historiography created for the world's new order. These structures were rebranded as cathedrals, government palaces, castles, and noble residences. I am speaking of buildings featuring gigantic doorways and vaulted ceilings, with proportions vastly different from those suited to conventional human beings. Evidently, the "mud" event had failed to destroy these structures; indeed, in their "active" state, many generated force fields that shielded them from catastrophes and destructive events.
Consequently, the entities behind the "New World" found it best to appropriate these buildings, cloak them in the sacred aura of religion, nobility, and politics, and ensure the masses remained oblivious to—and distracted from—their true purpose.
A study of Tartarian architecture reveals that these buildings all incorporate elements shaped like antennas, cones, spirals, or pyramids—features that essentially act as receivers and amplifiers for this energy. The materials selected were not chosen at random; they were specifically chosen for their electromagnetic conductivity, thermal insulation properties, and ability to amplify frequencies. The magnetic field generated by the simultaneous activation of all the buildings across Tartarian cities could have created a grid that harmonized with the waters of the rivers and oceans. Those who destroyed Tartarian civilization sought first and foremost to erase its technology, and then to mask what remained visible behind simple decorative arrangements. The yet unanswered question is, why?
